Ruggs, 22, was driving his Chevrolet Corvette Stingray with his girlfriend at a hellacious 156 mph early Tuesday when he rear-ended a Toyota RAV4, killing 23-year-old Serbian immigrant Tina Tintor and her pet golden retriever.

According to law enforcement, Ruggs had a blood alcohol content level of .161, more than double the limit of 0.08. He was cut by the Raiders on Tuesday.

His longtime girlfriend Kiara Kilgo-Washington, 23, suffered a serious arm injury from the crash, resulting in the additional charges. A loaded handgun was also discovered on the floor of the athlete’s wrecked vehicle, prosecutors said.

There is also said to be video that shows Ruggs being comforted by Washington while Tintor’s SUV is engulfed in flames. Ruggs appeared in court on Tuesday in a neck brace and wheelchair.

He has been under house arrest since posting $150,000 bail Wednesday. Ruggs is prohibited from driving, drinking or using drugs and must undergo alcohol testing four times a day, according to court documents.
